BEWARE!!!BEWARE!! YOU WILL NOT BE HEARD!!! Had Sharyn of Melbourne Dyeing restore the leather seats of a 1998 two seater car. As I live in Tasmania I had no opportunity to physically examine the condition of the leather that was supplied by someone from Victoria. Sharyn told me that she would have preferred the leather to have remained on the seats but told me that the leather could be dyed and repaired except for the Alfa Romeo logo.On inspecting the finished work an EXPERIENCED and RESPECTED Tasmanian motor trimmer,with years of experience in the restoration of vintage cars, told me I had WASTED my money ($1600 and freight). He agreed to and did give Sharyn his HONEST opinion. HE TOLD ME THAT Sharyn HUNG UP ON HIM!I tried to phone Sharyn to agree on an amicable resolution. She NEVER answered the phone; and only exchanged messages. She offered to dye a square meter of leather, supplied by me, at no cost. I didn't want to spend more money on material and freight when I could have leather dyed in Tasmania by a local professional. My expectation was that Sharyn of Melbourne would have offered at least a refund of $500 to compensate me for a material that the motor trimmer cannot use; and for the acute distress caused to an octogenarian. So BEWARE! BEWARE! If something goes wrong you will NOT be heard!I sent Sharyn this review before posting. TOTAL SILENCE

Expected brandNew leather .. we can never achieve that we only restore the original leather ..
